Corps en Avant Festival 

In the period of 5-10 of October, we will organise first edition of contemporary dance and physical theatre festival in Lyon (France)!

"Corps de Avant" will take place in Bacs A Sable spaces and will be created by international artists and companies. We are excited for sharing live art of dance with you again, after long period of isolation and only access to culture online. 

The exact programme of the festival - with details about invited artists, will be revealed in June 2020.

During "Corps en Avant" you will have a chance to see french dance companies such as Jeune Ballet Désoblique, Resodancer Company and Cie MF, italian company Cornelia Company , Les choses qui font Boom Company and Fernando Roldan Ferrer and polish dancers Anna Mikuła and Paweł Urbanowicz, who will take part in artistic residency with members of CIE MF Company and perform their own duet.

We plan to organise discussions and dance workshops next to the performances, which will take place in beautiful spaces belonging to Bac à Sable - such as Atelier SNCF.

Performances will be opened for people in all ages, we hope to gain interest of the youth and adults, dance passionates as well as people just getting to know the art of movement. Every event will be promoted through our communication canals - website and facebook events.
